At αΤΕΝΕα we are committed to everyone's safety during this period.  As the situation of the COVID-19 evolves we want to make sure all our customers feel safe while placing an order with us at www.atenea.gr.

We are open and shipping orders following all the precautions in order to limit the spread of the virus.  All of our staff have been trained by health professionals on how to handle and behave while handling orders. We have assigned one person to be responsible to dispatch all orders, who is disinfecting the areas constantly, wearing a mask and gloves.

For the time, we expect to encounter some delays on all deliveries.  We are giving a window of 7 to 10 days, but please note that depending of each country regulations, the package may pass under more controls for which unfortunately we can't be accounted for.  We recommend our customers to follow up their shipments with the provided tracking informations to stay up to date with any changes and delays.  Once received your goods, we encourage you to take all the needed measurements to disinfect and sanitize your package before bringing it inside your home.

At αΤΕΝΕα we believe that together at home we will get through this period and become stronger.  We just need time, patience and good energy to overcome this, we are in this together, we can fight it.
