We cooperate with DHL Express.  We endeavor to dispatch orders on the same or next business day, and work very hard to do so.  We give a delivery estimate window of 3-7 business days from when you’ve placed your order.  Please keep in mind that for remote destinations it may take a little longer.  Also local customs regulations and processes may affect the delivery timing.

International Duties & Taxes

All products on our store www.atenea.gr includes the Greek VAT.  Local customs duties or taxes/VAT are excluded.  Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary from country to country.  The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, before placing an order please verify with your country tax/customs authorities how they are charged.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide this information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.  If a shipment is denied by the customer and sent back to us we can start a return process, just be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded.
